Mapaii
An eCommerce transformation with web design & development, SEO, photography, and social media strategy.


The Challenge
Mapaii began as an Amazon-only brand, but despite investing in ads and maintaining inventory in Amazon warehouses, sales were stagnant. With just 20 sales out of 1,000 stocked backpacks in a year, the company faced high ad costs, expensive storage fees, and limited brand control. The founder needed a way to recover, reduce losses, and create a sustainable sales channel outside of Amazon.
My Approach
I stepped in to reposition Mapaii as a direct-to-consumer brand. We designed and developed a modern eCommerce website with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce, giving the company ownership of its digital storefront. I also built out an SEO strategy to rank for relevant parenting and baby gear searches, while creating original photography to strengthen both website visuals and ad performance.
