The Challenge
At Kreative Media, we were tasked with building a website for Jacob White Construction, a company known for large-scale projects across the United States, including airports, hangars, major retailers, and medical facilities. The challenge was to create a digital platform that could properly showcase their extensive portfolio. This required setting up custom post types and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to organize hundreds of projects, while also implementing filtering options to help users quickly find related projects by type, scale, or industry.
In addition to a modern look, the site needed to include a blog for educational content, intuitive navigation, and direct calls-to-action that guided visitors toward filling out a form. The challenge was creating a platform that felt welcoming and informative while also driving real customer inquiries.
My Approach
We structured the site in WordPress using custom post types and ACF to ensure every project could be displayed with consistent detail and visual impact. To make the portfolio easy to navigate, we developed dynamic filtering options, allowing visitors to sort projects by category and explore related builds. Our design focused on clarity and professionalism, ensuring the layout highlighted Jacob White Construction’s scale and expertise. By combining technical flexibility with a clean interface, we delivered a platform that reflects their reputation for handling complex, large-scale construction projects nationwide.
To support HydraLive’s goal of educating customers, we integrated a blog/news section where articles could highlight the health benefits of soft and alkaline water. We also structured the site with clear calls-to-action and streamlined forms, ensuring visitors could quickly connect with the brand. By blending engaging design with smart development, we created a platform that is not only visually appealing but also conversion-focused.
